Gently squeeze the rubber end of the dropper and release while still in the bottle. The dropper should be about half full, which indicates a “full dropper” at 0.5 ml. Note that the oil will not fill the entire dropper for one dose. Drop directly into your mouth sublingually (under the tongue) and hold there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing, if possible.
